She taught for over 20 years at ESCP BS where she also served as Dean of the Faculty from 2013 to 2017. She held visiting professorships at Cornell University (US) and Cass Business School (UK). Since 2016, Beatrice Collin is a member of the Board of Directors of the École des Arts et Métiers Paris Tech (ENSAM).

Her teaching and research focus on international companies, their strategy, their governance and the distinctive attributes of their management, particularly in relation to their cultural diversity. Beatrice Collin works with large companies such as L’Oréal (on which she authored three books), Crédit Agricole, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Carrefour, and Adecco, as well as medium-sized companies that are successfully conducting their globalization process.

More recently, she has been interested in the dynamics of strategic and organizational transformation that companies are implementing to successfully face and integrate the “Green and Digital” revolution.
This has led her to design and lead education programs, courses and seminars to prepare leaders (and future leaders) for the major challenges and transitions of this new emerging world, whether it be digitalization, multipolarity or  responsible and sustainable economy.

Béatrice has a threefold education in Management, International Economics and Political Science. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and has completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Economics and the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, NY.

She is a member, reviewer and Session Chair Person at the Academy of Management, a member of EIASM (European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management) and a founding member of EURAM (European Academy of Management).

In 2017, Beatrice Collin received the distinction of “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite”
