After a Master’s degree in Economics, she started her professional life as a Management Controller at CNP – Assurances.
Then, she joined ESSCA as a Management Controller before adding to her scope the management of the administration and finance team (student enrolment, student invoicing, supplier accounting, payroll supervision, tax management, cash management, piloting the accounting closing, risk management, process description manager).
After her Audencia’s Executive MBA in 2019, she tooks responsibility for Performance Management team at ESSCA. Today, her main missions involve the development of a performance management culture within ESSCA, the implementation of business units for ESSCA’s campuses and performance indicators, budget construction and the financial component of the development plan.
As a partner of ESSCA Online campus, she advices and works with the team in defining and budgeting the business model, building and monitoring the budget and the main KPIs, as well as structuring processes throughout the value creation chain.
