She has a PhD in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. She has been teaching Management and HR since 2009 and was also an HR Director for 4 years.
She created an inexistent HR department by designing and implementing strategies and procedures by using appropriate tools in different HR functions.
